Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Shipping is only refundable in cases of cancellation. All refunds for insured orders that are damaged or lost in transit must be directed through Route. If you have chosen NOT to opt into Route package protection, your order is automatically disqualified from receiving a refund if your order was lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds are not offered for late/delayed shipping. Our quoted processing time at checkout is 5-8 business days. Pre-order/Back-orders may be subject to supply chain disruptions that are out of our control. Items on pre-order or backorder are listed as such on the product page. If an item is oversold or becomes unavailable before the order has shipped, you will be notified and fully refunded. We will do our best to communicate any extended delays to purchasers via email, as we receive information from the store owner. 

Refunds/replacements are not offered for minor cosmetic damage. On Vinyl this includes seam splits on covers or inserts, corner dings, minor bends or creases, etc. For CD’s minor damage would include cracks in the jewel case. For posters minor damage would include bent corners. You may be asked to provide photo verification. We reserve the right to deny eligibility for a refund if you refuse to provide photo evidence of damage. 


Vinyl sold as blemished or "as is" will contain cosmetic damage. We will not replace or issue refunds for any of these items unless the disc itself is unplayable. 

Some items are not available for refunds solely based on the store owner's request. There will be a disclaimer on the product page in these cases. 

Refunds/Replacements are not issued for merchandise purchased at Live Events. Tour merchandise is not associated with online inventory and we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these items. 

Purchases made in cryptocurrency are non-refundable, but some exceptions may be made in the case of lost or damaged orders that cannot be replaced. Your order will be refunded in the US Dollar value you paid at the time of sale via PayPal.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. There is an expected waiting period of 5-10 business days for refunds to post via credit/debit cards. Please reach out to your financial institution if it has been 10+ days and your refund has not been posted to your bank account. If your original payment method is not available, you will be refunded in the US Dollar value you paid at the time of sale via PayPal.  

Foreign Exchange fees are charged by financial institutions when their account holders make purchases overseas and cannot be refunded. We cannot issue refunds for Customs duties or taxes charged by Customs or other international authorities. 

Repeated chargebacks and disputes may result in a ban. We reserve the right to cancel orders we believe to be fraudulent.

Sizing charts for most items sold on Merchtable are available. Since many of the garments we sell are printed in a wide variety of sizes, and from many different manufactures, we provide these as a general estimate. We typically factor in a plus/minus of around 1/2 inch to the measurements to account for variations in production. Replacements/ outright refunds will not be issued for items containing reasonable variance. You may request return authorization for the item to receive a refund.
