In some cases, if you experience an error message while attempting to make a purchase with us your bank will temporarily put the transaction total on hold even though your purchase attempt was not successful. 

Pending authorizations are controlled by the card issuer and unfortunately Merchtable has no ability to override these holds, and unless you received an order confirmation email, there is no transaction that can be canceled or reversed.
