1. You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
2. Returned items must be in the original condition and not worn, washed, or altered in any fashion.
3. Only unopened and sealed CDs, DVDs, and vinyl albums may be returned. If an item arrives damaged, please contact customer service. We do not require these to be returned to our facility in most cases.
4. Refunds/replacements are not offered for minor cosmetic damage. On Vinyl this includes seam splits on covers or inserts, corner dings, bends, creases, etc. We inspect every unit and carefully pack them in mailers designed to get them there safely. Some types of wear is simply unavoidable during transit. On cds minor damage would be cracks in the plastic case. On posters minor damage would include bent corners.
5. Vinyl sold as blemished or "as-is" WILL absolutely contain cosmetic damage, up to and including seam splits, bent, folded, creased, or even torn covers. We will not replace or issue refunds for any these items unless the disc itself is unplayable. If a record is sold as blemished or “as-is”, expect that there are cosmetic issues involved.
6. Certain sale and discount items are non-returnable.
7. Purchases made in cryptocurrency are generally non-refundable, but some exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. In the case of lost or damaged orders, that cannot be replaced, your order will be refunded in the US Dollar value you paid at the time of sale via ACH transfer or PayPal.
